How do I place an order?

  1. Start an account on Search for the desired product. Add it to the cart. Send the order. One of our advisors will contact you. Establish the commercial conditions. Establish (if applicable) the personalization and delivery details outside Bucharest. Set the delivery time. You will receive the order confirmation and, if applicable, the proforma invoice.
  2. Complete a customer quote. One of our sales representatives will be in touch with you and will send you a quotation. Once you will be happy with the details, you will be asked to confirm your order in writing. Purchase orders must have an order confirmation number clearly shown. Verbal orders will not be accepted.

Can I get sample products?

If you would like to request a sample, contact us and we will advise you of the product and delivery charges. For more information see the sections Terms and Conditions or Samples Order. Samples can be either already printed (available in our showroom) or unprinted.

How long will it take me to receive my products? 

Depending on the complexity of the order and the level of external stocks. The shortest term is 2-3 working days from order confirmation for promotional products ordered without customization. In the case of orders for promotional products with personalization, depending on the quantity and complexity of the work, a term of at least 2 working days from signed artwork approval will be added to the above term. The delivery time of the ordered products will be agreed with our sales representative.

Is the delivery of the products included in the price?

The client has the duty to pick up the ordered goods from our headquarters (1-3 Inclinată Street, district 5, Bucharest). If you are unable to pick up the goods from our headquarters, we can ensure, upon request, free delivery of products in Bucharest. Delivery of orders outside Bucharest is usually done with the courier company agreed by you with payment at the destination. There is the possibility to ensure the delivery (for a fee) with one of the couriers with which we have a contract. In this case the delivery costs will be invoiced separately. All the details regarding the delivery to the customer of the ordered goods will be agreed with our representative.

Can I get offers for other products that aren’t on the e-shop?

Yes. We can also source other products for you. Just email us at to let us know what you are looking for.

What happens if a product is backordered?

We make every effort to ensure that the products on are in the supplier's stock and also ready for supply. The stocks are updated on on a daily basis. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, the stock of a particular product may be depleted. At this time, we will contact you to set a new delivery date. If this review does not meet your requirements, we will do our best to provide you with a comparable product as an alternative to the one you ordered.

How can I pay for my products?

50% deposit prior to production with balance payable prior to dispatch of goods; unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer. Details in Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. However, cancellation fees may apply. The fees will vary depending on what stage the order has progressed to upon notice of cancellation. Full payment will be required if the products have already been decorated.
